Burnout
Burnout is a state of chronic exhaustion, manifesting as physical, emotional, and mental fatigue. If you constantly feel overwhelmed and find it challenging to meet daily demands, it could be a sign of burnout. Inner Restlessness
Constant nervousness and an inability to find peace within are typical symptoms of inner restlessness. Often, it is persistent thoughts and an inability to relax that weigh down those affected. The Inner Restlessness Self-Assessment provides insight into possible causes and symptoms, helping you understand what might be troubling you.
Sleep Disorders
Healthy sleep is fundamental to physical and mental well-being. Sleep disorders can include difficulties falling asleep, frequent waking, or unrefreshing sleep, which might point to deeper issues. With my Sleep Disorders Self-Assessment, you can get an initial evaluation of your sleep quality and potential underlying causes.
How Does the Self-Assessment Work?
Each assessment consists of a series of targeted questions designed to help you better evaluate your current situation. It takes just a few minutes, and the result provides you with a preliminary indication. It is important to note that these assessments are not a substitute for a doctor’s visit or professional consultation; they are merely for orientation.
