Ab wann beginnt die Midlife-Crisis?

Es gibt kein festes Alter. Die Midlife-Crisis kann zwischen 35 und 55 Jahren auftreten, bei Frauen oft im Zusammenhang mit den Wechseljahren.

Typical symptoms of a panic attack:

  • Physical symptoms:

    • racing heart, palpitations

    • shortness of breath, feeling of suffocation

    • dizziness, lightheadedness

    • trembling, sweating

    • nausea, abdominal pain

    • chest pain, tightness in the chest

  • Psychological symptoms:

    • Intense fear, panic

    • fear of death, fear of losing control

    • feeling of unreality

    • Derealization (environment seems strange)

    • Depersonalization (feeling alien to oneself)

Important:

  • Panic attacks occur suddenly and reach their peak within a few minutes.

  • The symptoms are very intense and can be extremely frightening.

  • Panic attacks are not dangerous, but they severely affect the quality of life.
